Travel from Eurolines Bagnolet station ?

I have to travel from Eurolines Bagnolet station to La Defense at 7 am this saturday. As this is my first time at Paris, please can someone suggest and guide me with the most economical mode of travel?

The Eurolines bus station is right outside the Gallieni (Parc de Bagnolet) Metro station.
Take Metro 3 (Direction : Pont de Levallois-Becon) to the Opera stop.
Look for the signs directing you to the Auber RER platforms. Then take the RER A line (Direction : Cergy-Le-Haut) and take that to the La Defense (Grande Arche) stop.
