I’m preparing travel guide test,and I need someone correct these sentences?
Of course I am not natvie speaker and I need useful help instead of “go back to pre.school”etc
“How to confrim then things about reception?
1.check schedule:date,tour items,restaurant,flavor taste,departure time,evening activities,free time,meeting and some special items.
2,Prepare vehicles:To contact with bus company,and confirm number plate and the type of vehicle,driver’s name.
3.To confirm hotel and restaurant:the information about the hotel,and confirm the arrangement of meal that is on the tour group schedule.
4,The arrangement of the luggage:to confirm the luggage takes aling with tourists or carries by the luggage vehicle.
5.Find out the information about the scenery which is not similar with:the local guide should first know well about the open time,the best travel rount,washing-room,etc.
6.Have all the contact number in hand:including the number of travel agency,restaurant,hotel,vehicle,shopping,luggage,etc.
7.contact local guide:arrange the time and place to receive the tour group.

first; slow down. you are obvioiusly thinking ahead of what you are writing to “confirm” these responses.
It is difficult to tell what you are asking? “then things…..” what does that mean.
1. Before the reception, you should:
a. check schedule,
b. check the date;
c. check tour items,
d. check the restaurant and taste test the food?
e. confirm the departure time
f. Make a list of evening activities, free time, meeting time and
g. special items (whatever that means)
2. Contact the busy company to confirm:
a. The license number of the bus
b. the type of bus, and how many people it seats comfortably
c. does it have a restroom facility
d. will it be clean and fresh smelling
e. What is the driver’s name and what is his driving record.
f. Does the driver know the route to take, where local facilities are along the way for rest stops; etc.
3.
a. Call to confirm the hotel reservation. Ask about the arrangements for meals for the tour group (how many, when, etc.)
b. Do the guests carry their own luggage or is it picked up and taken to the destination by the tour guide or hotel
5.
a. Read up on the highlights of the scenery, towns, local history of the tour;
6. Make sure you have the contact number for all necessary people: Travel agency, restaurant, hotel, bus company, emergency facilities along the way (hospitals, emergency rooms, urgent care; fire departments; police departments)
7. Make sure you have an emergency number for every member of the tour; family or friend you can call in case the person is injured, ill, etc.
