I’ve seen many disgusting answers on here from people “glad” Dr. Tiller was murdered because it “saved thousands of babies lives.”

Get real, people. Many of these women were coming from states away. If they were willing to travel to Kansas, now they’ll just go to one of the other two clinics.

PLUS, how do you know that there wasn’t a crisis or ten today? I would imagine there were women at that clinic, who HAD to abort their babies because of health risks. How do you know that there aren’t women whose situation was made worse by the murderer’s heinous act today? Is it ok that THEY might now die?

(P.S. Despite propaganda, the women at Tiller’s clinic weren’t aborting because of “minor complaints.” I did a simple internet search and found a number of stories where Tiller refused to abort because there was no health risk to the mother. I also found stories of women who had abortions there – they all were aborting because of serious complications. These were babies the mothers WANTED. Tragic circumstances made worse by ignorant self-righteous protestors.)

The murder of Dr. Tiller isn’t a “victory.” It doesn’t change anything.

If you consider yourself a Christian, I would like to know how you reconcile the Ten Commandments and verses like John 8:7 (When they persisted in questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let the person among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.”) with your “happiness” over what happened today.

You are effectively casting the first stone. You are putting yourself in God’s role by JUDGING him. What Tiller did may have been awful, but it was between him and God.

The bible is to guide your OWN life, not for you to judge others.

Please explain how you can call yourself Christian and actually take pleasure in what happened today.
David C – Lol, ok, I’ll give you that. I tried to shorten it but I had to get some stuff off my chest I guess.
Charli – Most clinics only perform 1st trimester abortions. 90% of abortions in the U.S. are first trimester. There are only three clinics in the U.S. that will perform third trimester abortions, Tiller’s being one. I’ll find a link for this.
